Q. I'm not sure if this is for me, so I don't want to commit to buying that many meals. Can I come by to try it out?
A. Absolutely! We're happy to offer a "Trial Session" for those of you new to our kitchen. First time customers can register to make one full-size entree for only $15.00 or a half-size entree for $10.00. Please email or call us for more details.
Q. Is there a charge to register for an account?
A. Account registration is free.
Q. What if I need to cancel my session?
A. We understand that situations change so we offer two options in case you cannot attend your scheduled session. You can reschedule for a different session within that same week or, for an additional fee, we will assemble the meals you have ordered and you can arrange to pick them up at a designated time. If you're feeling under the weather, we must ask that you call to reschedule or arrange for Pick-Up Service.
Q. Can I cancel for a full refund?
A. If you cancel a session or Pick-Up Service more than 72 hours in advance of your scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice are not refundable. The reason for this policy is that 72 hours before your reservation, we will have already ordered or purchased the food specifically for you to use in your order.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and checks for online reservations and orders.
